Rant.
It appears that in the city I live in and other places within Victoria have decided to introduce a new electronic card system to take over from ordinary tickets you get when you get on the bus from the driver, I personally see no real point in and it must be costing the Victorian government massive amounts but only time will tell if this will be seen as a success.

I believe that the time it is taking to implement this new system will much outweigh the amount of time that is saved.
